Near Infrared is similar to Far Infrared, however it penetrates deeper into the body. Also penetrating deeper than Red Light, Near Infrared reaches deep into soft tissues, muscles, joints and bone.
Near Infrared is invisible to see and to gain the most benefit, your body should be within 6-8 inches from the bulbs.
Contrary to our Far Infrared Sauna, the Near Infrared Beds will not make you sweat!
Our Red Light & Near Infrared Beds are sterilized between each session. We have one bed available at both locations. We provide a small head rest and eye covers for your comfort, however they are optional. It is ideal to have as much skin exposed while enjoying the beds, so you have the option to be nude or wear a swim suit, whatever you prefer. If you are opting for these beds to help with an injury or skin issue, one would gain more benefit with consistent visits. It recommended to use red light therapy 3-4x a week for 4 weeks.
