 Service Validity

All services purchased on our website expire 365 days from the date of purchase. This ensures you have ample time to utilize our services.


Refund Eligibility

  • Refund Period: Purchases are eligible for a refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • Ineligible Refund Period: Purchases are ineligible for a refund after 90 days from the date of purchase.


  • Cancellation Requests: To cancel your appointment, please contact either Short Pump at 804-533-5628 or Midlothian at 804-464-2668. 

  • Cancellation Timing: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If a cancellation request is not received within this timeframe, the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon timely cancellation (at least 24 hours in advance), your service will be cancelled without any charges. If the cancellation occurs within the 90-day refund period, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to our review.
